The Louisiana Department of the American Legion’s Department Executive Committee (DEC) recently voted to shift LABS from an in-person program model to virtual for the 2021 session. Due to ongoing concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, this action was taken with the health and safety of all participants – Citizens and volunteer Staff/Counselors – in mind.
